This charming 18th Century Windmill set in the picturesque village of Salwick, near Preston is today a traditional inn offering the finest traditional fayre in a warm and friendly setting.

It is now under the new ownership of Country Inns Ltd and Head Chef Danny Brannan and his team have created a menu showcasing some of the North West's finest food producers comprising of mainly modern British classics with a twist!

Our customers will enjoy the benefits of full table service, and can choose from our extensive menu including our new carvery and deli boards. Outside, there is a landscaped beer garden, whilst within the mill itself, private parties can be catered for.
